Tiffany Lee - Head Trainer
Tiffany created TML Equestrian in 2021 after working for many respected trainers in the industry. She has shown in National Standard Grand Prix's and USHJA International Hunter Derbies around the country. As a trainer, Tiffany is known for her personalized approach, tailoring her training programs to meet the specific needs and goals of each rider and horse. Her emphasis on building a strong foundation of trust and communication between horse and rider has led to numerous successful partnerships and notable achievements in the show ring.
Sydney Sund - Camp Director
Sydney is an Agriculture Science teacher and FFA advisor at Paradise High School with 7 years of experience. Riding since the age of 6, Sydney has participated in various equestrian disciplines, including hunter jumpers, eventing, foxhunting, barrel racing and roping.
As the barn manager at Circle R Ranch, Sydney combines practical experience with teaching. She has also worked with the Texas A&M University's varsity equestrian team and College of Veterinary Medicine. Previous roles include Assistant trainer at RH Equestrian in Tyler and an intern at Three Brothers Stable in Bryan, where she learned summer camp management.
